GOVERNING METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLE OF THIS CASE:This case does not assert authorship, conspiracy or direct causality. It documents verified facts, observable patterns and the structural framework that makes them possible. What a system of absolute power permits is that anything becomes possible. That — and not an assertion of guilt — is what this case documents. The archive’s objectivity rests on years of work documented prior to events. Nothing is Coincidence, Everything Will Be Seen.
RESUMEN EJECUTIVO
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

For at least two of the deceased — Michael David Hicks (2023) and Frank Maiwald (2024) — cause of death was never publicly disclosed and no public autopsies were performed. This institutional silence is the first documented pattern.

PATRONES DOCUMENTADOS
DOCUMENTED PATTERNS
Analysis of the 11 cases reveals four observable patterns that the archive documents as verified facts, without attributing causality:
Patrón (ES)
Descripción (ES)
Pattern (EN)
Description (EN)
1. Silencio institucional
1. Institutional silence
For Hicks (2023) and Maiwald (2024): cause of death never publicly disclosed, no public autopsies, no statements from NASA or JPL. Institutional silence from employing organizations upon the death of senior researchers is the most documented pattern.
2. Device abandonment
McCasland left home without phone, glasses or wearables (27/02/2026). Garcia left with only a handgun. The deliberate abandonment of all identification and tracking devices is an atypical behavior documented in multiple cases.
3. Field concentration
The 11 cases concentrate in strategically sensitive fields: unconventional propulsion (antigravity, hypersonics), planetary defense (NEO/DART), nuclear and fusion physics, orbital communications, chemical biology. These are precisely the fields that a surveillance-defense system with monopoly interests would need to control.
4. Presión previa documentada
Amy Eskridge declaró públicamente antes de su muerte: ‘If you stick your neck out in private, they will bury you. They will burn down your house while you’re sleeping in your bed, and it won’t even make the news.’ Y: ‘I have to publish because it’s only going to get worse until I publish.’
4. Prior documented pressure
Amy Eskridge publicly stated before her death: ‘If you stick your neck out in private, they will bury you. They will burn down your house while you’re sleeping in your bed, and it won’t even make the news.’ And: ‘I have to publish because it’s only going to get worse until I publish.’ This is first-person documentation of prior pressure.
RESPUESTA INSTITUCIONAL VERIFICADA
VERIFIED INSTITUTIONAL RESPONSE
La respuesta institucional confirma que el patrón fue reconocido oficialmente, aunque sin confirmar conexión entre los casos: (1) La NNSA emitió un comunicado oficial: ‘NNSA is aware of reports related to employees of our labs, plants and sites and is looking into the matter.’ (2) El presidente Trump declaró el 17/04/2026: ‘I hope it’s random, but we’re going to know in the next week and a half. Pretty serious stuff.’ (3) La portavoz de la Casa Blanca Karoline Leavitt confirmó que la administración trabaja con el FBI y el Departamento de Energía para ‘identify any potential commonalities that may exist’. (4) El congresista Eric Burlison: ‘They literally just disappeared. Left all of their devices at home. This is not normal.’
The institutional response confirms the pattern was officially acknowledged, although without confirming connection between cases: (1) NNSA issued an official statement: ‘NNSA is aware of reports related to employees of our labs, plants and sites and is looking into the matter.’ (2) President Trump stated on 17/04/2026: ‘I hope it’s random, but we’re going to know in the next week and a half. Pretty serious stuff.’ (3) White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed the administration is working with the FBI and the Department of Energy to ‘identify any potential commonalities that may exist.’ (4) Rep. Eric Burlison: ‘They literally just disappeared. Left all of their devices at home. This is not normal.’ (5) At a public UAP hearing, journalist Michael Shellenberger stated that a ‘private aerospace company’ killed Eskridge ‘because she was involved in the UAP conversation.’
CONEXIÓN CON EL ARCHIVO / MT-001 v5
CONNECTION WITH THE ARCHIVE / MT-001 v5
The connection of this case to the Master Inventory is not the assertion that a specific actor is responsible for the deaths and disappearances. The connection is structural: when a system allows large companies to operate through despotism, absolutism or abuse of power — as documented in CASE 03 with In-Q-Tel, Palantir, Google/Keyhole and the ADC framework — then anything becomes possible. The impunity documented at the economic and technological level — ART+COM loses even its patent; Suen’s manuscripts disappear from corporately absorbed platforms — is the same impunity that allows eleven scientists with access to classified secrets to die or disappear without their institutional employers making public statements. The silence is the same mechanism.
THE VERIFIED FRICTION FIELDLevel 1 — Google Earth / Google Maps vs. NASA/JPL JPL developed GIPSY-OASIS, the positioning software supplying precise coordinates for satellite imagery. DigitalGlobe licenses that technology from JPL and supplies imagery to Google Earth, Bing and Nokia. Google Earth feeds on public JPL technology but operates as a private company with that data. Frank Maiwald worked on the SBG mission — Earth observation with hyperspectral imagery. Monica Reza was Director of NASA/JPL Materials Processing Group. Michael Hicks spent 24 years at JPL in Earth space observation. All three worked on exactly what Google Earth does — but from the public scientific domain. The friction is structural: JPL generates knowledge that the private sector converts into commercial and military surveillance products. Level 2 — Starlink vs. NASA/JPL and astronomy In September 2019, the US military detected that Starlink 44 had a 1-in-1,000 collision risk with ESA’s Aeolus Earth observation satellite. ESA had to move its own satellite because SpaceX did not act. The FCC conditioned Starlink licenses on SpaceX “must communicate and collaborate with NASA to ensure that deployment and operation of its satellites does not unduly constrain NASA assets and missions.” Starlink constitutes 65% of all active satellites, reducing the capacity of NASA and other actors to launch their own satellites in low Earth orbit. Carl Grillmair worked on NEOWISE and NEO Surveyor — near-Earth object detection. Starlink satellites contaminate night-sky observations with bright streaks, directly interfering with NEO detection capacity — precisely Grillmair’s field. Nuno Loureiro directed the MIT Plasma Science and Fusion Center — plasma physics, the technological basis of unconventional propulsion and hypersonics, fields where Starlink/SpaceX actively competes with the public sector. CASE 04 — ADDENDUM A: The Friction Field The 11 scientists worked in the precise domains where the forced transfer of public knowledge to private surveillance and defense infrastructure occurs. NASA/JPL generates the knowledge. Google/Starlink/SpaceX convert it into product. The scientists were the public custodians of that knowledge. McCasland was the military arbiter of which private technologies access the defense apparatus. This directly connects CASE 04 with CASE 03: the Precrime Circuit is not merely an abstract business model. It has names, research fields and specific people at the friction point.
FINAL METHODOLOGICAL NOTE:This case operates under the same bias controls as the rest of the archive: explicit control of apophenia, confirmation bias and Baader-Meinhof effect. The concurrence of 11 cases in fields of strategic research over a 4-year period merits analysis and documentation given the level of institutional response it has generated. The archive does not speculate on authorship. It documents that the pattern exists and that the system permits it.This case remains open at the date of formalization: FBI, NNSA and White House investigations are ongoing.
