NOTA METODOLÓGICA DE ORIGEN  /  METHODOLOGICAL NOTE OF ORIGIN
EN — «Errors show us the solution» (Suen K. Gift). CASE 024 is born from a methodological process characteristic of the author: the observation of the flaw —in this case, the asymmetry in the exercise of power (why some can take certain actions without expecting a proportional reaction) and the critical reading of Donald Hoffman’s theory (ITP)— becomes the starting point for the formulation of the theoretical solution. Broken symmetry, identified as a structural mechanism of the ADC, becomes the lever for stating the Law of Ontological Dependence. This is the method: the error points in the direction of truth.
EN — CASE 024 formalises the Law of Ontological Dependence, a theoretical body formulated by Suen K. Gift in the session of 02/06/2026. The starting point is a fundamental ontological distinction: the world exists in its primary essence —the four elements, Nature as a constitutive structure— with absolute independence from the beings that inhabit it. Beings, by contrast, are ontological dependants of that world: they are creations from it, not entities that precede it or could exist without it. This inversion of the subject-world relationship has direct and immediate political consequences.
EN — The Earth does not depend on beings: beings depend on the Earth and on its essence, which is Nature. The human being is complementary to the world that precedes it, not its origin nor its owner by natural right. From this ontological dependence, the following structural consequence is drawn: whoever controls the world in its essence —the continent, the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors under capitalist monopoly— controls the totality of beings that depend on that world. Control does not require direct coercion: it is sufficient to monopolise access to what is the condition of possibility of existence.
EN — The case also documents broken symmetry as a diagnostic mechanism: when certain actors can take actions without expecting a proportional reaction, the system has abandoned the principle of equilibrium. This asymmetry is not accidental: it is the functional design of the monopoly. The mind, as a survival mode, can normalise that asymmetry (accept it as natural order) or confront it (identify it as a political construction). The control of that normalisation is the deepest layer of Digital Capitalist Absolutism.

FORMULACIONES NUCLEARES DE SUEN K. GIFT /  SUEN K. GIFT’S NUCLEAR FORMULATIONS
ES — TRES EJES / EN — THREE AXES
Quien controla el continente controla el contenido. Whoever controls the continent controls the content.
Quien controla la mente controla el cerebro. Whoever controls the mind controls the brain.
Quien controla lo abstracto controla lo concreto. Whoever controls the abstract controls the concrete.
EN — Because content, the brain and the concrete need the continent, the mind and the abstract in order to exist.

PROPOSICIONES NUCLEARES  /  CORE PROPOSITIONS
The world in its primary essence —the four elements, Nature as a constitutive structure— exists with absolute independence from the beings that inhabit it. The Earth does not depend on beings; beings depend on the Earth.
They are creations from that world, not entities that originate it or could exist without it. Ontological dependence is total and irreversible for the being; it is not so for the world.
El monopolio del continente es el monopolio de la existencia.EN — Whoever controls access to the essence of the world —land, water, air, energy; the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors under capitalist monopoly— controls the totality of beings that depend on that world. The monopoly of the continent is the monopoly of existence.
Si lo hace, el control es total sin violencia visible.EN — The monopoly of the continent does not require direct coercion. It is sufficient to normalise dependence. The mind, as a survival mechanism, can accept asymmetry as natural order. If it does, control is total without visible violence.
The mind that understands structural dependence can confront it. Normalisation is reversible: it is the only point in the system where control can be questioned from within. That is why the control of normalisation —the ADC— is the deepest layer of the system.
When certain actors can take actions without expecting a proportional reaction, the system has abandoned the principle of equilibrium. This asymmetry is not a failure: it is the designed function of the monopoly.
EN — FORMULATIONEN — The being is ontologically posterior to and dependent on the world that precedes it. Whoever controls that world in its essence —the continent, the primary resources, access to material existence— controls the being in its totality. Control does not require directly possessing the being: it is sufficient to monopolise that without which the being cannot exist.
EN — DIFFERENCE FROM HOFFMAN / ITPEN — Hoffman diagnoses a perceptual limitation: we do not see reality, we see an interface. The problem is epistemic and irreversible (evolutionary design). Suen K. Gift’s Law of Ontological Dependency diagnoses a power relationship: we cannot exist without the world that precedes us, and that world can be monopolized. The problem is political and reversible —but only from the mind that understands.
EN — First layer (Hoffman): perception is a non-veridical biological interface by evolutionary design. Second layer (Suen K. Gift / ADC): on top of that biological interface, the monopoly installs a second layer of political filtering. The citizen operates under double structural opacity: one ontological-perceptual, one political-material.

Perceptual strategies tuned to fitness systematically dominate strategies tuned to truth. Perception is a user interface, not a window onto objective reality.
The FBT Theorem shows long-term dominance, not the absolute extinction of all veridical perception.
